When you enter further details onto an invoice, it would be good to be able to search for this through the invoice list. For example, we have an item for sale, which the name of our course. If I wanted to find the invoice that relates to a certain delegate, I would have to Export the Nominal Code record for Sales and search in Excel. In Quickbooks you have the option to search any number of fields. I have attached examples below.
